So, let's start with what it really means to 'Ascend'

What does Ascension mean to me?

Now, to 'ascend' does NOT mean you will go somewhere else, but your own energy frequency will vibrate so much faster that your experience of reality will utterly transform, in three areas:

1. High energy, high frequency Consciousness is experienced as, quite simply, ecstasy!  They are the same thing. You cannot experience one without the other. If you’re not sure if you are truly ascending, simply check your own level of ecstasy.  As you really do shift into the next dimension, you will be experiencing far more ecstasy than you ever thought was possible.  Ecstasy is the actual experience of your own high vibrational energy. The Keys of Ascension will tune your whole system up in stages to be able to hold and sustain your own level of natural ecstasy!
2. Reality ‘softens’, becomes more malleable, allowing you to attract and create (‘manifest’) whatever is your true Heart’s desire! Part of Ascending is recognising reality for what it is: that you don’t live IN this dimensional realm, but that reality itself lives IN you, that your entire Universe actually IS you.  This opens up a whole new relationship with your world, so that it becomes much more dream-like.  You will find yourself moving from one location to another faster than normally possible, without awareness of the intervening travel; much like in a dream.  And, like in dreams, you will find that reality starts adapting, bending and becoming malleable around you - magical manifestations and synchronicities, again much like in a dream, and so on.
3. Finally, you will be recognising and living in the awareness of your oneness-in-diversity with everything and everyone and begin experiencing levels of open-hearted love that you may never have experienced before, except, perhaps, in your dreams!

Is The Keys of Ascension program for me?

How many Levels in Keys of Ascension?

Now, when my guides suggested that I set up and run this program, I began channeling its structure and format.  It was very clear that the Keys of Ascension program needed to be seven levels of opening, clearing and attuning, and so seven separate Courses and Attunements, each lasting almost an hour! 

Each level builds upon the previous, and is designed to step you up to a yet higher level of yourself, in a way that you can integrate and assimilate to provide a firm foundation for the next level of ascension.

How will I know when I’m ready for the next Level?

Each new level is truly a powerful step-up - it has been for me and it WILL be for you! You will know when you are ready! Just check in with your wise soul-self and take the next level when you feel called to; a feeling of completion and calm about the current level and a feeling of excitement about the next level often accompanies that recognition.

For example, don’t just move on because you think you are less or inadequate in any way on the current level, or you may find the next level will amplify that feeling of inadequacy! Trust your own guidance, or just give me a quick call to help you make the right decision for you.

Phased Ascension Levels - for safe Ascension

It is possible to use techniques to ascend which force you to raise your energy and vibration too quickly, but this is not sustainable and can result in burnout because your system has not had the opportunity to adjust and acclimatise. The shift in frequency from our normal human ‘density’ of experience to the next dimension is huge - far, far beyond our normal day-to-day experience of reality.

Each level of the Keys of Ascension is designed to be repeated until you have integrated that new frequency and information. They each contain instructional and attunement videos. Plus the whole course is downloadable as audio .mp3 files too, so you can listen to the attunement section (around 30 - 40 minutes) as a meditation on headphones (PC or .mp3 player) while meditating, relaxing or even sleeping.

It is very important to complete each level before moving onto the next.  If you find a new level too challenging, simply revert back to the previous level for a while and then come back to it again later.

To keep the costs down and make this ‘fast-track’ ascension as widely available as possible, Keys of Ascension is a fully online and viewable/downloadable program.  A physical version of it on DVD and CD will be produced and be available to purchase/ upgrade to later.

How long to Ascend?

Once you have taken your free online Personal Ascension video course (register and watch here), you feel you have integrated it and are excited to progress further, you will be ready to start your Keys of Ascension program.

This program is a long-term investment in your own ascension. As you go through each level you will feel like you have again ‘ascended’ into a new dimension of yourself.  How long you spend integrating each level will depend on you and your ability to assimilate the new frequencies AND understandings required to support each level of opening.  Each could possibly take just a few days, but much more likely would require weeks or more. The whole program could take several months or longer to complete.

I will now describe in detail the content of each Course.  Remember, each Level is a Course in its own right, an attunement to a new level of your being:

Course Level 1: Support and being Holistic

The aim of this course is to help you realise, experience and feel that you are your OWN support, help and Abundance - that survival is not to be feared, but that it is built into your very nature!

We then introduce the awareness that your Universe is not insentient, but is actually ‘conscious’ in its own right and ready to actually relate with you as your own loving ‘benefactor’. I will be helping you into the glorious and compelling recognition of your own true Nature (as the infinite Being we all are) experiencing reality in your Consciousness.

For, you can’t ascend to the degree you may want until you know and experience that you and your reality are one: that you actually ARE the reality you thought you were living in!

And that is what this level helps you towards: to be so connected in an intimate relationship with the whole of your reality (inclusive of al the events in your life and your relationship with other people) that this will ultimately lead you (by the end of the program) to treating your Universe with as much love, tenderness and support as would a lover! This means you are increasingly working in partnership and in tune with the whole of your reality, your world, in order to most rapidly and smoothly take you into what you really want and who you really are.

We are all heading towards playing and dancing with our reality to a whole new ‘ascended level’, as we recognise how we are at ‘one’ with the events and circumstances in our lives, and all other people too. You begin to live IN the awareness that your Universe really IS your own creation; all lovingly and unrelentingly ushering you and helping you to stepping up to becoming more of your true Self.

The meditation/attunement of Level 1 will help you into that state of Being; both energetically and knowingly.

I share how my own life experiences have reflected my own learning, reintegration and reconciliation with these security needs that we reflect into our reality.

In sharing how I have experienced tremendous hardship, poverty, homelessness and so on in my life and how I have used theses experiences to help me let go of the need to manipulate and control my reality, you will gain insight into how these experiences are actually truly reflective of the ideas of limitation, struggle and lack of appreciation that we have within ourselves.

As I have begun viewing my Universe as both Me AND as my ‘lover’, a lover that’s helping me and supporting me back to my true infinite, explosive Self, this has enabled the turnaround in my life from ‘struggle to survive’ to ‘infinite support’.

Also, I do recognise that I chose to create intense and diverse challenges in my life in order to be able to be empathetic to the human experience, so that I could totally relate with your own personal challenges and be better equipped help you ascend.

Course Level 2: Creative Expression and Life Purpose

The aim of this course is to help you with following the flow of your excitement, joy, passion and love - as a path back to yourself and to tapping into your own unique creative flow and juices, and discovering and living out your own unique gifts that you have for our world.

We will go into being the infinitely creative artist that we each are and from that state of Being you will automatically and naturally begin to see the wave of possibilities and expressions that are unique and congruent to you.   .

You will learn how to act on your inspiration, excitement and intuitive pulses, and how to know when you are in your integrity and on track to being more of yourself.

By way of example,  I share my own experience of the unfolding of my own Creative Expression and Life Purpose, e.g. from my remarkable and spontaneous initiation into healing prompted by a severely arthritic hip, leading on to becoming a Master Reiki healer and teacher, through to the sharing of my joy, love and creative expression now as an Ascension Angel!

In this level we prepare ourselves energetically to leap into ever expanding circles of ourselves, our joy and our light, as we spiral in to the true core of who we REALLY are and uncover the unique and supreme gifts that are our true expression.

Course Level 3: Empowerment

The aim of this course is to help you knowing that you are so powerful that you don’t need to exert ‘force’ to create what you truly desire. You will come to realise the truth of the idea that the greatest power really does come with the lightest touch, and how that relates to you specifically.

We integrate and reconcile the idea of victims and perpetrators, of ‘Negative forces’ and influences, and how to assimilate them into light, joy and expansion of our own Selves. You will learn how to reconnect fully to your own self-empowerment without having to hurt another or yourself to do that.

In sharing how I have transformed my own self-abuse and empowerment experiences, I will show you how you too can feel intense love, compassion and empowerment, even in apparent ‘evil’ or negative situations, as you reconnect with your own immense power!

Course Level 4: Love

The aim of this course is to help you with the biggest issue of humanity. We all suffer to one degree or another from lack of self-love and self-esteem, and from self-devaluation issues (often in many creative disguises!)

We take you back and help you remember that Love is our nature and it is the most powerful energy in our universe: the primal force of creation.

And so, we will remember how to love and honour ourselves and each other, no matter our differences, and how to do this while in relationship with each other and our entire Universe!

Through sharing how I created a life of apparent total lack of love in order to find where love truly resides - in my own Being - we will  discover that the path to true love for yourself and for everyone else; interestingly, it is primarly by learning to embrace your own shadow. What that means is that when we learn not to supress or to be in denial of anything within ourselves, but to look at it with love and compassion for what that part of ourselves is showing us, we start to experience huge compassion and love for ourselves and that will and naturally pour out of your being to other people.

Course Level 5: Freedom of Expression and Communication

The aim of this course is to help you open up to being an open channel of crystal clear communication for whatever you wish to express and to whomever you wish to express it.  And to help you be able to express freely and in total freedom, no matter what your circumstances are or the self-imposed limitations you have created.

We explore how to actually play with your limitations and restrictions as a means to deepen and expand your freedom and communication; to take you into infinite and multi-faceted expression of your unique self.

Through sharing my own story of how I  became clear on what I wanted to communicate to our world, and how I found myself going far beyond what I had ever envisaged, you will also be inspired to fully express yourself simply by honouring and allowing in the whole of your true Being.

Course Level 6: You are All-Knowing!

In this course we will be joyfully activating your own intuition - switching on your physic senses and reconnecting with your own extra-sensory and all-knowing Self.

We will learn about opening to channel your own direct line to your ‘Higher Self’ and so how to access your own information and guidance whenever you need it (I do this daily!)

In extending this, you will experience how to fine-tune your physic senses, activate your own ‘homing’ device and ‘download’ any information that you need to know about any time you need to know it.

Through sharing how I started to channel high-dimensional information and energy, including the high frequency notes and tones of my singing (I didn’t think I could sing before) you will be inspired to channel your own unique expression too (in your own medium, of course, e.g. through writing, painting, playing an instrument, in your business, or even as a parent!)

Course Level 7: Knowing and Living your Ultimate Life Purpose

In this culmination of our course we will be going into the absolute blinding recognition of your own supreme life purpose.  We will do this through a tremendous shift in the energetic quality of your being as you allow yourself 'lift-off' into a crescendo of beingness.

This brings the recognition of what truly is your highest passion, joy and creative self-expression, and what your utmost wish for your life here on our Earth is.

Also, and most importantly, we will share how you can start living out that life purpose as the utterly unique and extra-ordinary, awesomely divine ‘you’, now!

As part and parcel of this stepping up and opening up to all that you are, you may also discover that you receive much love and support not only from your own divine and infinite guidance (through your own guides, spirits and angels etc.), but you may also receive unconditional love, support and guidance from other high-dimensional beings, including many types of extra-terrestrials; if appropriate to your chosen path, timing and life purpose.

Finally, as you start to live as the blazing light that you are, you will feel your Earth shift and change too, and move with you as your own pure reflection.

When you start to feel the recognition that your life, your entire reality and your entire world lives alive and kicking with infinite possibilities within your own amazing consciousness, and you start to live your life from that true you, you will be astounded beyond your wildest dreams - as each day dawns with amazing adventures  possibilities and awakenings!

The final levels in Keys of Ascension are designed to help you to become self-sufficient in supporting yourself through these transitions, but in the meantime, I am highly effective at offering effective support and quick resolution to your challenges.  So I will, be available to support you by phone throughout the course.

Structure of the program

As in the free Personal Ascension course there are three parts (videos/audios) to each of the seven Courses (levels), lasting almost an hour:

1) Brief introduction: Aims and Knowledge required for the Level (5-10 mins)

2) The Attunement/ meditation (30 - 40 mins).  This is where the real energetic shifting happens: the retuning of your own frequency, including ‘downloading’ of the information covered in that level.  It may be ideas that you may already know, but this is in a form that you can assimilate and integrate into your Being, not just your intellect!

3) We then discuss and illustrate the points (often with my own profound personal stories) to help ground and integrate what has been activated (15 - 20 mins)

Each of the three parts are also available to download as .mp3 files for you to listen to when you are away from your computer, during meditation or even while resting/sleeping.
