There are huge shifts going on in our world right now. Sometimes we may be
experiencing tremendous ecstasy and joy. And at other times we may feel we are being tossed in the waves of our
own fluctuating energies or life circumstances. We may even feel chaotic and negative.
However, what is really happening (and this, of course, is great news)is that we are
'Ascending'. And that really our world, which is in actuality only an extension of our own Consciousness, is
raising its frequency and getting over its own 'issues and conflicts', in response to our fervent desire for
our Ascension. This is true at both our own individual and also group consciousness levels!
Despite possible appearances to the contrary, our beautiful Earth is not breaking
up or breaking down! No indeed, for it is we who are breaking through to a new reality of ourselves, for
we are now shifting to a new dimension.
We are shifting, stepping up to who we really are. We are becoming more of our true,
loving and radiant selves. And so, in order to live in a state of unconditional love, light and joy, those
aspects of us that are 'out of tune' with who we really are will be reflected back to us in the experience of
our world 'out there' also being 'out of tune'.
This always becomes more and more overt and obvious in response to us becoming more
pure (i.e. as we raise our consciousness to a higher vibration). And so, we often perceive this as our lives
becoming dramatically more intense.
But really, all that's happening is that our limitations are showing up more clearly,
just like black spots on a white wall (and the cleaner the wall, the more they obviously the black spots show
up!)
Yet, this is all for our own benefit – our way of showing ourselves how we can become
more conscious of our beliefs, limitations and ideas of ourselves that are out of whack with who we prefer to
be.
And so, with this understanding, we can now joyfully integrate and heal those 'out of
whack' ideas of ourselves and Ascend gracefully into our stunning birthright of unconditional love, light and
joy.
Now, crucial to the Ascension process is recognising and living in the absolute
certainty and love that the world that you previously thought was outside and separate from you, that you
thought you lived IN, is in truth inside YOU: inside your own glorious consciousness!
In this new, expansive frequency you will literally know, feel and experience your
whole reality, including everything and everybody init, as simply our own One Being experiencing the idea of
our world from myriad points of view, all within our own Consciousness.
Losing this sense of separation between ourselves and our reality has this wonderful
natural side-effect for us, of 'falling into love' with our entire reality and our whole creation, including
each other.
As we Ascend we find we are living in a state of supreme beingness; life really does
become so enchanting: we become captivated in child-like wonder and entranced by everything around us as our
own wonderful creation.
And so, I always see Ascension as really about stepping up to who you truly are,
including that you are your entire Reality Experience. As you go through that shift, as you raise your energy
up to that of your natural ecstasy, then your world, as your extension, will change with you; as will all of us
too (but that's another story!)
This is not a fantasy, but is our natural ecstatic state.
Being in love with the whole of your reality is a natural side effect of stepping up
to being who you really are. In fact, this kind of being 'in love' soon escalates into an ecstatic and dynamic
relationship with our universe taking the role of 'our Lover' - loving us and supporting us into being all that
we are.
Our Ascension becomes a glorious relationship and dance with the whole of our reality,
which is alive and living through us; ushering us, helping us, coaxing us and sometimes 'shouting' at us to be
more of Our True Self.
And so, for me, Ascension is taking us to the most heavenly of places. But we don't
have to go anywhere to experience Ascension: we love it, we live it, we exude it; right here... right
now!
