Through my Personalised Ascension
Attunements I lead you through the many layered shifts of
Ascension with ease, lightness and love as you gain a new
inspiration for living life with your own unique expression
and gifts.
Below I will further describe both
Ascension itself and the unique way I have of supporting
you.
When we start to interact together
with your Personalised Ascension Attunement, you will share
with me your aspirations, your Heart's desires and your
troubles and turmoils, and we will go straight into the
Ascension energies. I will gently bring through the
vocal tones, notes and keys perfectly matched to you, to
remind you of your true nature and so raise your frequency
(energy) into your more expanded, radiant self.
It’s like aligning with your
Higher Self or spirit, with all that you truly are.
This is an experience of great familiarity, like
reconnecting with the 'You' you've always known yourself to
be and longed to be but couldn't quite step up to
acknowledging and living.
When you Ascend in this way, you
will actually feel more connected to your reality. Rather
than feel you have to 'go off somewhere' to find yourself,
you will change from the inside out and witness with joy
and wonder the transformation of yourself and, by extension
of you, of your ‘outside’ world.
I will also channel high
frequency information about who you really are and
assist you into your supreme self
again. From that state of supreme beingness you
will begin to recognise, know, feel and experience
your own supreme role and unique gift of expression
that you have locked away within you, that's longing
to burst forth and be shared and expressed into our
world.
Sometimes, I may feel it more
appropriate and synchronistically liberating to start with
whatever emotion, belief or challenge is raging through
your being, particularly if it is very intense in that
moment, for I have discovered that our most intense issues
and afflictions, addictions, compulsions are actually
leading us straight to our life purpose and our supreme
gift.
And that in our Personalised
Ascension Attunement we will listen to what those troubles
are telling you, in a space of unconditional love,
non-judgement and not trying to fix or get over
them!
We can
turn them into your joy, even into your ecstasy, when you
stop judging yourself and simply feel what
they are saying about yourself.
The amazing truth is that each
issue is hiding a gift and can be turned into gold: the
bigger the pain, the greater the gift lying waiting be
uncovered, discovered. They are actually your way of
pointing yourself back to who you really are: what your
purpose in life is, what you really want to do and what
your own unique and special gifts and talents are that you
have brought with you to offer to our world and live that
life of your dreams
So, indeed loving and embracing
our issues, dis-eases and challenges is a crucial part of
stepping up to who you really are!

Leela is a being of Light
who has gently, clearly and compassionately
guided me out of a life-long addiction to
food, opening me up like a flower to
remember my past, and quickly releasing all
that has been holding me back.
She illuminated to me
that my addiction was actually a gift,
returning me to my own natural state of
truly being the spirit of light, love and
joy. I FEEL AMAZING: like I'm flying on my
unique energy; a deep, deep long-forgotten,

In fact, as you Ascend and step up
to become more in the light of yourself, you will feel
those beliefs, feelings etc. more intensely, as they try to
get your attention so that you can integrate them
creatively, into the all that you are: the True You, your
Supreme Beingness!
So, you may need to ask yourself
if you are ready to embrace your 'shadow'. It requires
courage, honesty, unconditional love, an open heart and a
deep desire for personal growth to go through this
Ascension. However, whereas many falter at this stage, with
my energetic and loving support, I am brilliant at
helping you go through this shift effortlessly and
joyfully.
You can call on me when you are
feeling lonely, when you are feeling down and I will remind
you of our love and waltz you into a cornucopia of love
saturated with fulfilment and let that wash through you and
rinse you free of your sadness, and at the same time help
you into profound uinderstanding of the causes of your
troubles.
For I have potent intuitive and
tuning-in skills to assist you in all the many strange
effects of Ascension you may experience as you go along:
physical symptoms of discomfort and energy movements,
ecstasy, heart fluttering, shaking, disorientation, to name
but a few, as you acclimatise to your new 'altitude'
and high ecstasy.
At the same time you will begin to
shine with more radiance, notice more luminosity to your
shin, and discover a sparkle in your eyes; becoming
younger, fitter and more attractive again.
Health issues disappear, a natural
desire to eat foods that are more appropriate to the Being
that you are becomes instinctive and you will feel so
alive, energetic and happy.
As you start to play out your role
and apply your Supreme Gift to you life and community, you
will become excited about life again and each day will
become like a celebration for living, loving and paying
homage to each other and our beautiful world.
You may also be puzzled as to why
you have become physically lighter when you go on the
scales. This simply reflects how you are lightening up in
your self, and not 'weighed down' by the world. You will
also experience more light and more vibrant colours around
you as a result of you being more in your own
light.
But, more profoundly, you will
come step by step, as you are ready, to the profound
realisation that the world that you previously thought was
outside and separate from you is actually inside you,
inside your coconsciousness, and that in fact it IS
You. And so it will feel like your physical reality
becomes more dream-like and your night time dream reality
more physicalised and 'real' as the two experiences begin
to merge and become indistinguishable! This is very
much the experience of residing in 4th Dimension. It
is NOT so much that everything around you will change, but
much more that your relationship with it will shift and
become more interactive and pliable.
And as you acclimatise to this new
enormity of who you really are and not resist it in fear,
it will take you into more joy, high ecstasy and light than
perhaps you've ever experienced.
It is similar to what one may
experience with psycho-active drugs, but this naturally
induced ecstasy is much more profound, powerful and
sustainable. Indeed it is your natural
state.
And from this high natural ecstasy
you will be so creative, loving and interactive with the
whole of your reality and life. You will not be trying to
check out of life but you'll naturally yearn to get deeper
into it, even more involved with other people and events in
your life. You will be dedicated to enhancing the
quality of it all, as by then you come to see it ALL as
your own creation!
For you will have Ascended,
loosely speaking, from our current '3rd Dimension' to the
'4th Dimension'. And it won't stop there as you continue to
expand into the Light and Love of your own being, for
Ascension is a process that goes on forever, it is our
natural way of being, evolution and expansion!
